THE HOUSE
Pip's clients Kaitlyn & Sean O’Hara purchased this home in 2021 and haven't touched it; most of its features are original 1940s workmanship that were in dire need of updating.
After saving hard for two years, this family hired South Jersey’s best architect, Jay Reinert, who's carefully curated the home of their dreams: and NOW is the time to turn those floor plans into reality.
ABOUT THE FAMILY
After moving from Nevada back to Haddon Township to be nearer their family, they wanted to find the ✨FOREVER✨ home for themselves and their two young children.
With Kaitlyn's brother and other family members just a minute away, plus those stunning views over Cooper River, this location was PERFECT. The home just needed some updates, and Pip helped them secure the home under-list price when it hit the market 🥳
THE PLANS
This family have big plans for this home:
opening up the wall between kitchen & living room to make one huge Chef's Kitchen with island
moving the rear door, replacing that area with the pantry of their dreams for tons of storage
creating a whole mud room & laundry room
moving the staircase & expanding the entryway
turning the screened-in porch into a great room
adding a patio overlooking Cooper River Park
lifting the ceiling upstairs to remove rose sloping roofs
expanding the primary bedroom and adding an entire en-suite
creating two identical bedrooms upstairs for the children
adding a huge window to the additional bedroom to make a stunning office space that overlooks the river
finishing the entire basement, creating a family room, guest bedroom with full bathroom, and storage
And that's not even the complete list!
