Pip's clients Kaitlyn & Sean purchased this home in 2021 and haven't touched it; many of its features are original 1940s workmanship that are in dire need of updating.
After saving hard for two years, this family have hired Haddon Township's best architect, Jay Reinert, who's carefully curated the home of their dreams: and NOW is the time to turn those floor plans into reality.

A lil bit of behind-the-scenes on Kaitlyn & Sean: After moving from Nevada back to Haddon Township to be nearer their family, they wanted to find the ✨FOREVER✨ home for themselves and their two young children.
With Kaitlyn's brother & sister-in-law just a minute away, an aunt & uncle just TWO DOORS DOWN (!) and stunning views over Cooper River Park, this location was PERFECT. The home just needed some updates, and Pip helped them secure the home under-list price when it hit the market 🥳
THE PLANS
This family have big plans for this home:
opening up the wall between kitchen & living room to make one huge Chef's Kitchen with island
moving the rear door, replacing that area with the pantry of their dreams for tons of storage
